ABK Introduces the First Youth Prepaid Card in Collaboration with Mastercard and ISIC

Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait has exclusively partnered with the International Student Identity Card (ISIC) and Mastercard to introduce the new ISIC Youth prepaid card for students. The launch of this card coincides with the upcoming high school graduations where it will be a valuable addition to students’ higher education journey.

Established in 1953, ISIC serves as the sole internationally recognized proof of student status, officially endorsed by UNESCO. The ISIC card unlocks a range of exclusive benefits designed to enhance student life.

What sets the ABK ISIC Youth card apart is that it not only serves as a prepaid card, but also doubles as a student ID for accessing university campuses. This innovative feature comes as a significant relief to students who carry multiple cards on a daily basis while traveling between classes and institutions.

To top it all, the ABK ISIC Youth card provides students with a contactless payment option, ensuring both secure and convenient transactions. The prepaid card offers a safer alternative to carrying cash around and is simple to recharge at any ABK branch or via Online Banking. Students can therefore carry out all necessary transactions without risking the possibility of losing cash in the event of theft or misplacement.
